Consumer Direct Care Network Nevada is an Intermediary Service Organization (ISO) for eligible individuals who choose to self-direct their Personal Care Services (PCS).

With self-directed PCS, you are the managing employer of your caregiver, so you choose who, when, and how your care is provided. We are the employer of record, so we manage all administrative and payroll-related tasks.

You have choice and control over your care.

You recruit, select and train your caregiver. We facilitate a background check on prospective caregivers and assist you in enrolling that caregiver. You manage their daily work and approve the time that they work. We process your caregiver’s paycheck, withhold appropriate state and federal taxes, and provide workers’ compensation insurance for them. We take care of the paperwork while you are the managing employer and maintain your independence in your home.
