Partnering with ADSD to empower independence at home.

Consumer Direct Care Network Nevada (CDNV) partners with the Department of Human Services Aging and Disability Services Division to offer HCBS waivers.

We support you while you self-direct your care.

ADSD Waiver Programs refer to specialized assistance programs managed by Nevada’s Aging and Disability Services Division (ADSD). These programs are designed to provide support for individuals with specific needs, including seniors and individuals with physical disabilities, enabling them to live independently in their homes and avoid institutional care. The ADSD Waiver Programs fall under Nevada’s Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waiver system, which provides funding and services to those who may not otherwise qualify for Medicaid or are at risk of requiring long-term care facilities.
