Consumer Direct Care Network Nevada (CDNV) is changing Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) vendors on December 15, 2023. You will no longer use AuthentiCare. The new EVV vendor will be CareAttend. Additionally, clients and caregivers will soon gain access to the DirectMyCare web portal.

To help you prepare for this change, we are hosting in-office, community, and virtual trainings. We encourage clients and caregivers to attend a training. You don’t need to sign up to attend. Trainings are drop-in format. Please review the training opportunities below.

When will CDNV start accepting time through CareAttend?
CDNV will begin accepting time through CareAttend on December 15, 2023. Starting December 1, 2023, you will have the opportunity to submit test shifts in CareAttend.

Will I gain access to CareAttend prior to December 15, 2023?
Yes. You will gain access to CareAttend on December 1, 2023. Once your account is set up, we will notify you and share next steps.

Will there be training materials?
Yes. We will post training materials on our website for you to review at your convenience. Once available, we will notify you.
