Dementia Support for You and Your Family

Caring for someone with dementia can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. Medicare’s Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience (GUIDE) program provides personalized dementia support, care coordination, education, ongoing guidance and approximately 76 hours of no-cost respite care each year for eligible participants.

GUIDE helps people living with dementia and the family members and caregivers who support them.

Is GUIDE Right for You?
